As a Theatre of Dare Season Ticket ($75) holder you will have the opportunity to choose the date you would like to attend each of the following five productions before they go on sale to the general public.  Or, purchase a VIP Season Ticket ($90) and gain early entrance into the theater for priority seating.

 

Our 2023-24 season will be:

  • The Bad Seed  by Maxwell Anderson - (October 27-November 5) Little Rhoda is sweet, charming, full of old-fashioned graces; loved by her parents and admired by her elders. But is she also a murderer? A classic thriller from 1954.
     

  • The Great American Trailer Park Christmas Musical  by Betsy Kelso & David Nehls - (December 8-17) North Florida’s most exclusive trailer park gets the tinsel and keg nog out for a holiday celebration like none other.
     

  • August: Osage County by Tracy Letts - (February 2-11) Winner of the 2008 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award for Best New Play, August: Osage County centers around the Weston family, brought together after their patriarch, world-class poet and alcoholic Beverly Weston, disappears.
     

  • The Drowsy Chaperone by Bob Martin, Don McKellar, Lisa Lambert & Greg Morrison - (March 8-17) A musical within a comedy that won five Tony awards after opening on Broadway in 2006, including Best Book and Best Original Score.
     

  • Four Old Broads by Leslie Kimbell - (April 26-May 5) A rollicking farce about four women out to solve a mystery in their assisted living community.

 

Your Season Ticket also includes early access to purchase tickets for our two second stage 'Off ToDWay productions:

  • Toil and Trouble by Lauren Gunderson - (September 22-30) This hilarious adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth pits friend against friend, ambition against fate, and pet-sitting against miniature vicuna mogul-dom.
     

  • Tiny Beautiful Things by Nia Vardalos - (January 19-28 at Dare Arts) Based on the bestselling book by Cheryl Strayed and adapted for the stage by Nia Vardalos, Tiny Beautiful Things personifies the questions and answers that “Sugar” was publishing online from 2010-2012.

 

Finally, Season Ticket holders will be invited to our Season Reveal Soiree, which usually takes place in April.  There, you will mingle with other season ticket holders, munch on complimentary snacks, and get first glance at the line-up for the 2024 - 2025 season!
 

A confirmation email will be sent directly to you after purchase stating that you will be contacted ONE MONTH PRIOR to each production to choose which date you would like to attend.  Please note, date selections are final and cannot be altered.  Please be thorough and choose wisely.

Season tickets will only be available through September 28, 2023.
