As a Theatre of Dare Season Ticket ($75) holder you will have the opportunity to choose the date you would like to attend each of the following five productions.  Or, purchase a VIP Season Ticket ($90) and gain early entrance into the theater for priority seating.

 

Our 2024-25 season will be:

​

  • Social Security - (September 20-29) by Andrew Bergman - A raucous comedy about Manhattan art gallery owners Barbara and David Kahn, who have their lives upended by the arrival of her mother, as her sister and brother-in-law rush to Buffalo to rescue their sexually promiscuous daughter.
     

  • Misery - (November 8-17) by William Goldman, based on the novel by Stephen King - Injured novelist Paul Sheldon finds himself trapped in the home of his unstable ‘number one fan’ in this classic 1987 Stephen King thriller.
     

  • Lizzie - (January 31-February 9 by Steven Cheslik-Demeyer, Tim Maner & Alan Steven Hewitt - A rock n’ roll musical that delves into the mind of infamous axe murderess Lizzie Borden and speculates on the possible motivations she may have had for her heinous crimes.
     

  • Significant Other by Joshua Harmon - (March 21-30) In this decidedly unromantic romantic comedy, Jordan Berman would love to be in love, but that’s easier said than done. As all of his single girlfriends tie the knot one by one, Jordan finds that the only thing harder than finding love is supporting the loved ones around you when they do.
     

  • 9 to 5  Music and Lyrics by Dolly Parton, book by Patricia Resnick - (May 9-18) · The classic 1980 comedy film becomes a big bold Dolly Parton musical as three female coworkers plot revenge on their sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot of a boss.

 

Your Season Ticket also includes early access to purchase tickets for our two second stage 'Off ToDWay productions:

  • Yes, Virginia, There is a Santa Claus by Andrew J. Fenady - (December 7-15) The classic Christmas tale becomes a 1950’s radio drama as a newspaper editor assigns a little girl’s holiday questions to a reporter on the verge of self-destruction.
     

  • Now and Then by Sean Grennan - (January 10-19) An older man offers a young couple two thousand dollars to sit and have a drink with him. As they talk, they discover this stranger has an unbelievable reason for the stranger’s interest in them, until a displeased second stranger arrives to make sense of it all.

 

Finally, Season Ticket holders will be invited to our Season Reveal Soiree, which usually takes place in April.  There, you will mingle with other season ticket holders, munch on complimentary snacks, and get first glance at the line-up for the 2025 - 2026 season!
 

A confirmation email will be sent directly to you after purchase stating that you will be contacted ONE MONTH PRIOR to each production to choose which date you would like to attend.  Please note, date selections are final and cannot be altered.  Please be thorough and choose wisely. You must choose your date of attendance before going to the theater. If you come to the theater without a reservation, it may result in missing the production.
