Theatre of Dare has been providing quality, family entertainment on the Outer Banks for more than 35 years. Not only do our productions delight audiences, they provide a creative outlet for the many talented actors, directors, musicians and technicians in our area and enhance the vibrant cultural fabric of our community. Participating in community theater builds confidence and expertise, and we consider theater an exciting and valuable experience open to everyone.

We rely solely on volunteers to stage our productions, but there are many expenses that go along with first rate theater - show rights, scripts, costumes, building materials, lighting and sound equipment and printing and publicity just to name a few.

And that's where you come in.

In addition to the nuts and bolts of our theatrical operations, your sponsorship of Theatre of Dare will assist us in expanding our reach to volunteers and audience members throughout the region.

Last year, we had 21 sold out performances, with nearly 7,000 total tickets sold. Almost 6,500 people follow us on Facebook and 1,350 on Instagram. Our audiences are local, loyal, and very aware of the businesses that support us. Why not make one of those businesses yours?

Sponsorships range from the 'Local Love' level ($300/show - $1,200/season) to an opportunity to be an Exclusive Season Presenting Sponsor ($12,000/season). Each level comes with it's own list of perks, including tickets, advertising in our playbills, and recognition on our website and social media!
