THEATREOFDARE

Theatre of Dare will be holding its annual membership meeting in May. During this meeting, we'll be giving an update on our activity over the last season and plans for the season ahead, as well as discussing our financial outlook and volunteer opportunities. We'll also be voting to elect three people to the Theatre of Dare Board of Directors.

 

Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting. Anyone who participated in a production during the 2023-24 season, or volunteered in any way during the season is eligible to vote in our Board elections. Only those in attendance at the meeting will be allowed to vote in Board Elections.

Anyone wishing to run for the board must be a member in good standing (i.e., have volunteered in the organization over the past season) and must be prepared to make the following commitment:

​

• Attend monthly meetings (either in person or virtually)

• Remain active on chosen committee assignments

• Be active in all productions, whether on stage or behind the scenes

• Be a regular volunteer at the theater, whether on or off stage, box office, concessions, etc.

• Participate in at least four set strikes during the season.

Those interested in running for a Board seat must fill out and return this form by May 9, 2024.
